Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data pipelines and enterprise data solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data management strategies, and ensure data quality, security, and availability. The Data Engineer will leverage experience in cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern development practices to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Job Title: BI Developer – Qlik Sense / QlikView / Looker | 5+ Years | Pune (Short Notice Preferred)

• We are hiring an experienced BI Developer with strong expertise in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Looker for Pune location.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Reporting.
• Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using QlikSense & QlikView.
• Hands-on experience in Looker (LookML, dashboards, data modeling) is mandatory.
• Strong experience in data modeling, ETL concepts, and SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalability.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and modern data warehouses is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Immediate to short notice joiners (0–30 days) highly preferred.
