What will you do in this position
The QHSE Specialist supports for the establishment, development, monitoring & reporting of Group Integrated Management System (IMS) as per relevant ISO standards, acting as QHSE advisory as per in-force Law requirements and led by the principles of best practices within the relevant Industry (renewables, oil & gas) for the role. Responsible for the QHSE duties on the assigned project
What are your key responsibilities
- Support on Group IMS maintenance and performance management
- Support on Group QHSE annual budget management
- Support on diffusion and enhancement of periodical Group QHSE statistical reports
- Support on Group QHSE assessment management
- Support on Group personnel QHSE training/induction management
- Support the QHSE Manager in QHSE events management
- Support the QHSE Manager in establishing Group QHSE objectives and targets
- Support the QHSE Manager with Bids & Customers requests prior to an award
- Support the QHSE Manager in the management of Group processes, procedures and plans in conformity to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Support on Group QHSE processes, procedures and plans in conformity to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Support on Group IMS integrity safeguard when changes are planned and implemented
- Support on QHSE Department attendance and contribution to HAZID-HIRA-HAZOP process
- Responsible on project IMS establishment, maintenance and performance reporting
- Responsible of project QHSE statistics reporting
- Responsible on project QHSE assessment (audit/inspection) planning, execution and reporting
- Responsible on project personnel QHSE training/induction management
- Responsible in ensuring that project personnel are working according to the project QHSE requirements
- Responsible of project IMS integrity safeguard when changes are planned and implemented
- Responsible of QHSE Dept attendance and contribution to project HAZID-HIRA-HAZOP process
- Responsible of project QHSE processes, procedures and plans management in conformity to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Support the Project Manager in the management of Behavioral Based Safety Principles within the project
- Support the Project Manager in establishing/pursuing project QHSE objectives and targets
- Support the Project Manager on project QHSE events management
- Support the Project Manager in the management of project processes, procedures and plans in conformity to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Further to an emergency, participating as Emergency Response Team member as requested
- Further to an incident, participating as Investigation Team Member as requested

- Degree or equivalent qualification in QHSE discipline or technical subject
- ASPP qualified (or NEBOSH equivalent)
- 3 years of experience in managing projects (full autonomy) in the reference markets (Renewables, Oil & Gas, etc.)
- Internal auditor qualification, ISO 19011
- Working experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements
- Good to Very Good written and oral communication skills (Italian & English)
- Good IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
- Experience of conducting presentations and training courses
- Experience in incident investigation
