Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Executive with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in the shipping/maritime industry. The QHSE Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of QHSE policies and Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO regulations, and maintaining accurate safety documentation across the company's offshore and dry bulk shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of QHSE policies and Safety Management System (SMS).
• Assist in ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO compliance activities.
• Coordinate vessel audits, inspections, drills, and documentation.
• Maintain QHSE records, reports, manuals, and compliance documentation.
• Support risk assessments, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Marine, Nautical Science, Shipping, or related field.
• QHSE certifications or audit exposure will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 months of QHSE experience in shipping/maritime industry is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, and MARPOL regulations.
• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
