Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Testing Delivery & Offerings Lead to drive our testing services practice. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the P&L, leading global delivery, and shaping our offerings to meet evolving market needs.

You will be accountable for a significant P&L, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale testing programs, and serving as a thought leader on the future of quality engineering and the role of AI.

Key Responsibilities

P&L and Business Management:

  • Own and manage the P&L for a significant portion of the testing services business, driving profitable growth and financial transparency.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to expand market share and grow existing client accounts.

Global Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead and scale a large, global delivery organization, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in delivery management, resource utilization, and client communication.

Offerings & Solutions:

  • Lead the creation and evolution of new testing services offerings, with a strong focus on high-growth areas like automation, performance, and security testing.
  • Design compelling solutions for complex client needs and lead pre-sales conversations as a subject matter expert.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

  • Serve as the public face of the organization's testing capabilities by presenting at large forums, conferences, and client executive briefings.
  • Articulate a clear vision for the future of testing, specifically on how AI and Generative AI will transform the industry.

Required Competencies

Experience:

  • 18+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a top-tier consulting or technology services firm.
  • Proven experience in owning and managing a P&L for a Testing Services business.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, global testing delivery teams.
  • Strong background in creating and bringing new service offerings to market.
  • Extensive experience of different project and development methodologies, Waterfall, Agile and DevOps, and the management of testing within both project and product-based delivery models.

Technical & Strategic Acumen:

  • Deep understanding of the testing and quality engineering landscape, including methodologies (Agile, DevOps), tools, and modern practices.
  • A well-defined viewpoint on the role of AI in testing, including AI-driven test case generation, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Process & Tooling: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of testing processes, evaluate and integrate new testing tools, and lead the adoption of test automation.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with experience addressing large, diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
