What We Want You To Do
- Perform quality control (QC) activities for molecular diagnostics and NGS-based infectious disease tests
- Support nucleic acid extraction and QC, library preparation and library QC, and sequencing on ONT platform and sequencing data QC
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and laboratory protocols
- Inspect and monitor reagents, consumables, and raw materials
- Assist in troubleshooting QC issues and documenting deviations
- Coordinate with diagnostic lab partners for smooth test execution and test upgrades
- Provide technical support and assist in training on test workflows
- Create and maintain documentation, records, and SOPs
- Liaise with internal cross-department teams and external stakeholders for QC-related activities
What Are We Looking In You
- MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
- Experience in nucleic acid extraction and QC
- RT PCR experimental setup and data interpretation
- Ability to quickly prioritize and execute tasks
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
