We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead our quality control team in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record in managing QC processes in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
- Train and supervise QC team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality control.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies.
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
