Job Description

  • Asset QC & Preflight
    • Perform detailed QC on digital ads (display, social, video), emails, landing pages, and print/OOH assets.
    • Verify specs (dimensions, weight, format, color profiles, bleeds, safe zones) and IAB/platform compliance.
    • Validate naming conventions, version control, and final deliverable packs.
  • Digital QA & Tracking
    • Test links, UTMs, pixels, tags, and redirects; confirm firing and accuracy.
    • Conduct cross-browser/device testing (desktop/mobile, major OS/browsers).
    • Check accessibility basics and content rendering (fonts, imagery, encoding).
  • Release Governance
    • Run QC checklists and sign-off gates prior to client release/trafficking.
    • Log and prioritize defects; drive timely resolution with owners.
    • Maintain a master specification library and update checklists as platforms evolve.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement
    • Partner with Media Ops, Trafficking, Creative, and Project Management to prevent defects early.
    • Provide feedback to enhance templates, workflows, and automation.
    • Support onboarding and coach juniors on QC best practices.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure brand guidelines, legal copy, disclaimers, and regulatory notes are present where required.
    • Maintain QC records for audits; contribute to root-cause analyses and CAPAs.
Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years QC/QA experience in an agency, in-house studio, or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad specifications (IAB), social and video platform specs, and print preflight standards.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Ad servers and validation: CM360, Sizmek, DV, IAS, MOAT (or equivalents)
    • QA/testing: BrowserStack, Litmus/Email on Acid
    • Collaboration/PM: Workfront, Jira, Asana, and proofing tools (e.g., ProofHQ, Acrobat)
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro; familiarity with InDesign/Photoshop for preflight checks)
  • Proven ability to create/run QC checklists, document defects, and manage approvals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
