Role Description

This is a full-time role for a QC/R&D Manager in the Natural beverages sector at Raw Nectary. The manager will oversee quality control processes, lead research and development initiatives, manage and guide teams, and ensure successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include conducting product testing, developing new beverage formulations, managing quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverages and knowledge about cold pressed jucies.
• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and experience in conducting experiments to create innovative beverage products.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain high-quality standards in product development processes.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
