Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to assess product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality control standards and practices.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Proficient in quality inspection tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
