Job Activities:
- To plan, organize and supervise day to day lab activities.
- To ensure all departmental KPI's are met.
- To prepare the QC department monthly report.
- To ensure all laboratory instruments are calibrated, maintained as per schedule.
- To ensure product audits are conducted for Mahape and toll blenders as per planned schedule.
- To ensure cross functional supplier audits are conducted as per planned schedule.
- To implement good housekeeping practices in the laboratory.
- To complete of all requirements of Production Part Approval Process
- To handle OPEX and Capex related purchases for QC lab.
- To support new product development and various cost saving projects by finalizing the lab blends.
- To periodically review the AIE, CTA, HIRA & to effectively implement QMS, EMS & OHSMS at laboratory.
- To ensure customer complaints(internal & external) are effectively closed.
- To support for reprocess of non moving products and raw material.
- To perform Measurement System Analysis as per plan.
- To test & report Round Robin samples on the receipt.
- To report near miss & unsafe act/condition as per the company requirement.
- To provide RFC-FTR to Mahape plant, toll blenders & upload formulation in SAP.
- To conduct eSTL & PGI as per the monthly targets.
Qualification & Experienced required:
- Postgraduate in Science with Chemistry as major subject.
- Work experience of 6 to 9 years.
