Qc Lead

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function for eCommerce/Marketplace projects. Will oversee test planning, execution, integration testing, defect management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes.

• Execute manual & automation testing across web, mobile, and APIs.

• Validate end-to-end order journey (search cart checkout payment order returns).

• Perform integration testing with OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment & Logistics systems.

• Lead and mentor QA team; monitor delivery timelines.

• Manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps and provide QA status reports.

• Support automation and CI/CD testing pipelines.

Skills Required

• Strong experience in eCommerce / Marketplace QA.

• Expertise in Functional, Regression, UAT, API testing.

• Hands-on with Postman, SQL, JIRA / Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).

• Strong communication & team leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in SFCC, Magento, Kibo, SAP Hybris.

• Knowledge of OMS / ERP / CRM / PIM integrations.

• ISTQB Certification.
