Job Description

Key Responsibilities

QMS Ownership: Maintain and manage all digital documentation, ensuring version control, approval workflows, and compliance across Confluence and GitHub
Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Cloud Operations to verify adherence to defined processes
Corrective Actions (CAPA): Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions following major incidents or service outages and ensure systemic corrective actions are implemented
Quality Assessments: Evaluate the quality and compliance of critical sub-processors, such as cloud hosting providers and third-party APIs
Reporting: Prepare reports on quality objectives, customer satisfaction, and process performance for leadership
Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during surveillance and recertification cycles
