Description
We are seeking a QC Instrumentation Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all instruments and equipment meet quality standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, calibrating instruments, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of measurement instruments.
- Review and analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control or instrumentation inspection.
- Strong knowledge of calibration standards and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Proficient in using measurement and testing instruments such as multimeters, calibrators, and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
