QC INSPECTOR (PLASTIC QC)

Prepare test specimens and perform destructive/non-destructive tests: Hydrostatic burst pressure, drop impact, and oven heat reversion. Identify and immediately quarantine non-conforming products; clearly label defect categories and log data into daily inspection sheets / ERP. Verify resin batch numbers, masterbatch ratios, and regrind percentages against approved job orders. Assist the QA/QC Supervisor during internal quality audits, standard certification tests, and customer sample approvals.

 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, Plastics Technology, or High School Technical Certificate.

 EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5–7 years hands-on QC inspection experience in plastic molding. Proficient with precision metrology tools and pressure testing rigs
