We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector Mechanical with 7-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our mechanical products meet stringent quality standards through thorough inspection and testing., EXPERIENCE IN OILAND GAS.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on mechanical components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Identify and document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in quality control or inspection of mechanical components.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
