Overview
As a QC Inspector at Brijon Pharmatech, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components of our pharmaceutical tooling meet the highest quality standards using advanced precision measurement equipment. This full-time, onsite role is critical to maintaining our ISO-certified processes and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), profile projectors, micrometers, and hardness testers.
- Verify that all parts and assemblies conform to engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Conduct calibration checks and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and traceability.
- Identify non-conformities and report deviations promptly to quality assurance and production teams for corrective action.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, helping prepare inspection reports and certification packages.
- Collaborate with production to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes and product consistency.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with CMM, profile projectors, micrometers, hardness testers, and other precision measurement tools.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, calibration, validation, and documentation procedures within a regulated environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications related to pharmaceutical tooling.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and pharmaceutical quality regulations is essential.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in quality data recording and reporting tools.
