Overview

As a QC Inspector at Brijon Pharmatech, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components of our pharmaceutical tooling meet the highest quality standards using advanced precision measurement equipment. This full-time, onsite role is critical to maintaining our ISO-certified processes and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), profile projectors, micrometers, and hardness testers.
  • Verify that all parts and assemblies conform to engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications.
  • Conduct calibration checks and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and traceability.
  • Identify non-conformities and report deviations promptly to quality assurance and production teams for corrective action.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits, helping prepare inspection reports and certification packages.
  • Collaborate with production to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes and product consistency.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with CMM, profile projectors, micrometers, hardness testers, and other precision measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, calibration, validation, and documentation procedures within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications related to pharmaceutical tooling.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and pharmaceutical quality regulations is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in quality data recording and reporting tools.
