QC ENGINEER - INSTRUMENT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MANDATORY - Candidate should be Degree in Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum of 10 years experience and must have 5 years working experience in Live Plant

➢

Candidate having experience in maintenance of DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, SCADA and

Instrumentation System will be preferred and candidate must familiar with all kinds

of Instrumentation Drawings, Datasheets, Specifications, International

Instrumentation Standards, MTO, Test Reports and Progress Monitoring of

Instrumentation projects.

MANDATORY - Candidate must have CompEx valid certificate.

➢

Must have worked for the verification of Engineering Documents, Procurement,Troubleshooting and Commissioning of all Instrumentation Works.

➢

Preparation of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis.

➢

Preparation of Equipment location, cable routing and cable block diagrams.

➢

Selection of Instrument equipment as per relevant Hazardous Area Zone, Gas Group

Zones.

➢

Cost and man-hour estimation.

➢

Having good computer knowledge.

➢

Must have ability to communicate in English and work independently.

➢

Gulf experienced will be preferred.
