Job Opening: QC Checker (Quality Control Executive)

Key Responsibilities

● Perform quality checking across all departments:

○ CAD Design

○ CAM

○ Casting

○ Setting

○ Linking

○ Final finished products

● Inspect jewelry pieces for defects, finishing issues, and design accuracy

● Ensure adherence to company quality standards at every production stage

● Identify, report, and document quality issues

● Coordinate with production teams to resolve QC concerns

● Maintain proper QC records and inspection reports

● Ensure only approved and flawless pieces move to the next stage

● Support continuous improvement in quality processes

Requirements

● Experience in jewelry QC (diamond jewelry preferred)

● Strong knowledge of manufacturing stages (CAD to final product)

● QC knowledge in:

○ Stone QC

○ Jewelry QC

○ Final QC

○ CAD QC

● Eye for detail and precision checking skills

● Ability to handle multiple departments

● Responsible and quality-focused mindset

● Immediate joiner preferred

● Experience in diamond jewelry manufacturing units

● Knowledge of polishing, setting, and finishing standards

● Familiarity with Surat jewelry industry processes
