Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Lead who has strong hands-on expertise in implementing and leading HR Service Delivery (HRSD) projects from scratch. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of HRSD submodules, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations, along with the ability to lead client discussions and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver HRSD modules.
  • Configure and customize HRSD components, including :
  • HR Case Management
  • HR Knowledge Management
  • Employee Service Center (ESC)
  • Lifecycle Events
  • HR Integrations
  • HR Workflows & Service Catalog
  • Develop advanced configurations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript server/client scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solution quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with platform governance guidelines.
  • Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist in go-live activities.
  • Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for HRSD Skills & Experience :
  • 6-10 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Proven experience working on HRSD implementations from scratch (end-to-end).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD submodules : Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, HR Catalog, Employee Center, Integrations, etc.
  • Excellent hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, including :
  • Client Scripts
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies & UI Actions
  • Glide APIs
  • Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, API development).
  • Ability to lead technical teams and interact with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • ServiceNow HRSD or Implementation Specialist certification is an added advantage.
