Responsible for leading and implementing the quality management system for offshore wind fabrication projects at Kattupalli Yard, ensuring compliance with client specifications, international standards, and certification requirements. The role oversees welding, fabrication, NDT, coating, material traceability, inspections, loadout quality, documentation, and client / thirdparty interfaces, while leading QAQC teams to deliver defectfree offshore wind structures safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
- Lead and implement the Project Quality Management System for offshore wind fabrication projects.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, ISO/DNV/EN standards, and certification requirements.
- Oversee QAQC activities for fabrication, welding, NDT, coating, assembly, and loadout operations.
- Manage inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.
- Interface with clients, thirdparty inspectors, and certification bodies for approvals and audits.
- Ensure full material traceability and control of quality documentation and dossiers.
- Lead and mentor QAQC teams to deliver defectfree structures safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
