Responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
· 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
· 3+ years of experience managing a team of QA Engineers and SDETs
· Knowledge and experience with QA methodology and tools
· Hands-on experience in coding and automation
· Familiar with software fundamentals including working knowledge of automation frameworks
· Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to generate and publish meaningful quality metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong project management skills, preferably with software testing or operations.
· Strong focus on customer experience, curiosity about how things fit together, and a passion for driving improvements to raise the overall quality level of our software and operations environments.
· Creativity and initiative to improve the customer experience and operations processes.
· Excel in communicating with technical and business leaders, developers, and technical leaders, even if they are remote.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of hundreds of customers.
· Experience leading technical teams and developing/mentoring others.
