Description

The QA2 position is an entry-level role focused on ensuring the quality and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, execute testing plans, and contribute to improving the overall software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Automate testing processes using relevant tools and frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
