QA Testing - Xebia

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis and create traceability matrices
• Design and execute test cases based on high-level test specs
• Conduct RCA on defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to established testing processes

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in functional, regression, and database testing
• Familiarity with tools like HP Quality Center, QTP, JIRA
• Knowledge of STLC and test planning best practices
• Strong communication and analytical skills
