Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led sessions on manual and automation testing concepts.

Cover topics like SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test case writing, and bug tracking.

Train on tools like Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, JIRA, and others.

Provide hands-on practice through assignments, real-world projects, and simulations.

Evaluate learners through assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.

Stay updated on industry trends and update course content accordingly.

Mentor and support students in understanding complex testing scenarios.

Coordinate with program managers and share timely feedback on student progress.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, or equivalent are preferred.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software testing roles (manual and/or automation). Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.

Experience working in the EdTech or vocational training sector.

Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

Student-centric approach with strong mentoring skills.

Organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback.
