About the Role
We are seeking a skilledQAEngineerwith strong experience in bothManual and Automation Testing (Selenium)to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify issues early, automate testing processes, and uphold software reliability across web and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and executemanual and automated test casesfor web and enterprise applications.
- Conductfunctional, regression, integration, and API testingto ensure complete product validation.
- Develop and maintainautomation frameworksusing Java and Selenium.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using standardbug tracking and test management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Participate actively inAgile development cycles, ensuring quality throughout SDLC and STLC phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and automation coverage.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years of experiencein Software Testing (Manual & Automation).
- Hands-on expertise inSelenium WebDriverwithJava-based automation frameworks(TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge ofFunctional, Regression, Integration, and API Testing.
- Experience with tools such asPostman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding ofSDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience inCI/CD integration(Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Exposure tocloud testing environments(AWS, Azure).
- Basic knowledge ofperformance or security testing tools
