Role OverviewWe are looking for a QA Tester who actively uses AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to improve testing efficiency, test coverage, and bug identification.
The role requires someone who understands software testing fundamentals and can use AI to write test cases, debug faster, and automate repetitive QA tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual and basic automated testing for web or SaaS products
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Identify, log, and track bugs and issues clearly
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Validate features before release and ensure quality standards are met
- Use AI tools like Claude to:
- Generate test cases and edge cases
- Analyze bugs and suggest possible root causes
- Improve documentation and test coverage
- Assist in writing automation scripts (where applicable)
- Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing
- Continuously improve testing processes using AI and automation tools
Required Skills- 1–4 years of experience in software testing / QA (SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily work
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
- Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, and system behavior
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
AI Tool Usage (Must Have)- Comfortable using Claude or similar LLMs for:
- Test case generation
- Debugging assistance
- Documentation and reporting
- Ability to write effective prompts to get accurate outputs
- Using AI to increase speed and quality of testing tasks
