Role Description The QA Tester role at SkillCompliance is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The QA Tester will execute manual tests, develop and review test cases, and validate product features against requirements to ensure high-quality course delivery and platform performance. This role includes identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating closely with product, development, and content teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. The QA Tester will participate in test planning, regression testing, and release validation, while continuously refining testing processes and contributing to quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications

Strong Quality Assurance background with hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
Proficiency in Test Execution and the creation, review, and maintenance of Test Cases.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify defects, interpret results, and suggest improvements.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing methodologies and documentation standards.
Familiarity with web or SaaS platforms; experience testing learning or training platforms is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with bug-tracking tools and test management systems is beneficial.
