About the Role
We are looking for a QA Tester (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on software testing, quality assurance, defect analysis, test case design, and application reliability.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to test plans, bug reports, software validation, automation testing, quality metrics, and testing workflows, helping improve how AI models understand and evaluate software quality.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for software testing, quality management, defect detection, and intelligent development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated software testing and QA outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for testing coverage, defect identification, accuracy, reliability, and quality assurance best practices
- Identify missing test cases, functional issues, usability concerns, edge-case gaps, or weaknesses in AI-generated testing strategies and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving manual testing, test planning, bug reporting, regression testing, and quality validation
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on software quality assurance and testing workflows
Requirements
- Background in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, defect lifecycle management, and QA best practices
- Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation testing concepts
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestRail, or similar platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, mobile applications, and software development lifecycles
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
