About the Role

We're looking for a QA Tester to validate product quality across web and mobile OS platforms, and assess performance under load, ensuring a consistent, reliable experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Test functionality, UI, and regression across web OS (Windows, macOS etc.) and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.)

• Test across mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android) on varied devices, screen sizes, and OS versions

• Maintain a compatibility test matrix; log OS/device-specific defects with clear repro steps

• Design and run load/stress tests to evaluate performance under normal and peak traffic; identify bottlenecks

• Use cloud device platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, or similar)

• Log and track bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps; maintain test cases, coverage reports, and performance summaries

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with dev teams on fixes

Required Skills

• 1–3 years in QA/testing, with exposure to cross-browser/OS and performance testing

• Hands-on experience with at least one load testing tool (JMeter, k6, etc.)

• Familiarity with device cloud testing tools and mobile app testing basics (permissions, notifications)

• Experience with bug tracking tools and Agile/Scrum workflows

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Automation exposure (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)

• Basic monitoring tool knowledge (Grafana, New Relic)

• ISTQB Foundation certification

Education

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
