Job Title: QA Test Lead (Agentic AI)

About the Role:
We are looking for a technical QA Lead to take ownership of quality assurance for our Agentic AI platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between manual test strategy and automated execution, ensuring the reliability of autonomous AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA Strategy: Define the overall test strategy for AI-driven features, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Hands-On Automation: Write and maintain robust automated tests using Python; build scalable test frameworks from the ground up.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, conduct code reviews for test scripts, and ensure high standards of test coverage.
- Integration: Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Quality Advocacy: Work closely with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria and ensure edge cases are covered before release.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Must-Have: 5+ years of Python development experience for testing (automation frameworks).
- Must-Have: 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Must-Have: Experience testing AI/ML models, LLMs, or Agentic systems.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
