Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both functional and non-functional testing. The ideal candidate will have at least3+years of experience in quality assurance and be proficient in QA analysis, planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and automation (for Senior level). Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Cypress, Karate, Playwright, Supertest, Postman, K6, and GitLab is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Perform QA analysis to identify test requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Prepare and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
- Report and track defects using JIRA, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Supertest.
- Utilize Postman and K6 for API testing and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Use Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in QA processes.
