Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new End-to-End tests using Playwright
- Maintain and enhance the existing Playwright test library, ensuring its reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and designers to establish a clear understanding of acceptance criteria for features
- Provide dedicated client support for running test libraries on client systems
- Define and further develop the overall test library structure and architecture
- Report, track, and manage bugs, defects, and issues using Jira
- Monitor issue severity and proactively communicate risks to the development team
- Stay current with emerging testing trends and actively share knowledge and best practices within the team
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
- Frontend Expertise: Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, including React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS / LESS / SCSS)
- Testing Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end / frontend tests
- Testing Tools: Knowledge of Playwright is a strong advantage but not strictly required
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills and fluency in English
- Architecture & Code Quality: Proven ability to create reusable components and maintain a well-organized, scalable codebase
- SDLC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Collaboration: Experience working effectively within distributed teams and remote collaboration environments, with an eagerness to work in a dynamic setup
