QA SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Supervise inline QC inspections, laboratory testing routines, and incoming raw material quality verifications. Oversee critical laboratory validation tests, including Hydrostatic Burst Pressure, Heat Reversion, Drop Impact Resistance, and Melt Flow Index (MFI). Maintain and audit Quality Management System (ISO 9001) documentation, calibration logs, and inspection master records. Investigate root causes (RCA) for internal scrap, non-conformities, and customer complaints; implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Collaborate closely with production and tooling departments to drive continuous quality enhancements and scrap reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with international plumbing standards (ASTM D2846, ASTM F439/F438, DIN 8063, SASO). EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5–7 years of QA/QC leadership in plastic injection molding (rigid PVC / CPVC fittings preferred). Strong knowledge of QA lab equipment & ISO systems
