QA Specialist, Replenishment Modernization

We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist with deep RELEX expertise to support a strategic Order Management System and replenishment modernization initiative. This role will own testing strategy, automation, and quality outcomes as we transition from Symphony Gold to RELEX, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability across forecasting and replenishment workflows.

You will partner closely with supply chain, OMS, and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and to scale automation within modern CI/CD pipelines.

What You Will Do

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Lead functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for RELEX and OMS platforms
• Validate end-to-end data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and replenishment workflows
• Define and drive test strategies across RELEX modules
• Analyze system performance and quality metrics and recommend optimizations

Automation and CI/CD

• Drive adoption of test automation across UI, API, and data validation layers
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and reusable test assets

Defect and Risk Management

• Own defect lifecycle management using JIRA
• Identify quality risks early and implement mitigation strategies in partnership with delivery teams

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

• Track and report QA metrics and test coverage to leadership
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards to support scalability and speed

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience in QA testing
• Expert-level experience with RELEX, including configuration, forecasting, and replenishment workflows
• Strong background supporting OMS and supply chain processes

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with test automation tools for API and UI testing, including Postman
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective test strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing RELEX replenishment and order processes
• Experience with Symphony Gold or similar supply chain or B2B platforms
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery and modern QA best practices
