Job Title: QA SDET-2 (Automation)

Role Overview
We are looking for a QA SDET-2 with strong expertise in automation and a passion for building high-quality, scalable products. In this role, you will drive end-to-end test automation strategy across web and mobile platforms, build robust frameworks, and ensure seamless, high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Appium
- Own end-to-end test strategy including functional, regression, API, UI, and mobile automation
- Build and execute mobile automation suites (Android/iOS) using Appium
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Drive quality engineering best practices across the product lifecycle
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to define test scenarios
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely defect resolution
- Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and conduct code/test reviews
- Contribute to performance, reliability, and security testing initiatives
- Ensure high-quality releases in high-scale, fast-paced product environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles (B2C / high-scale products preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Java + Selenium
- Solid experience with Playwright for modern web automation
- Mandatory experience in mobile testing using Appium (Android/iOS)
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and architecture
- Experience in API testing and automation
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools / intelligent automation
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
