We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Mechanical professional with CSWIP Level 1 certification to join our team inDOHA QATAR.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of mechanical components and systems through rigorous inspection and testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conducting inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or non-conformities to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly processes.
- Participating in quality audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintaining and calibrating inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- CSWIP Level 1 certification in welding inspection or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to mechanical quality assurance.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
