Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager for our plants situated in Rai, Lawrence Road & Jalgoan, with HQ at Lawrence Road.
The individual will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality control and assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting and testing products at various production stages, identifying and resolving quality-related issues, and developing and enforcing quality management procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of quality results and collaborating with teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in product testing and defect identification.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the agro-based industry or relevant fields.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
