Role DescriptionQA/QC MANAGER

Experience: 12+ years

Role Purpose

Establish and manage the project-wide quality assurance and quality control system.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop project Quality Management Plan.

● Prepare Inspection & Test Plans.

● Establish stone acceptance criteria.

● Inspect quarry blocks.

● Inspect CNC output.

● Monitor dimensional tolerances.

● Coordinate laboratory testing.

● Manage NCRs and corrective actions.

● Inspect masonry and erection.

● Maintain material traceability.

● Audit quarry, fabrication and construction.

● Coordinate third-party inspections.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Civil/Mechanical/related discipline.

KPIs

● Reduction in NCRs.

● Inspection turnaround.

● Stone acceptance rate.

● Traceability.

● Reduction in rework.
