YOUR IMPACT
Ensure effective implementation of quality systems at site by guiding, auditing and
supporting site teams so that works are executed as per approved drawings, methods
and standards.
ROLE SCOPE

Modules) | Site audits and verification | Cross-site support | Training & reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure site team executes work as per GFC drawings, approved methods, and
applicable codes.
- Implement and monitor QMS (SOP, ITP, Checklists, WIR, MIR, Learning
Modules) and ensure consistent usage by site team.
- Establish and monitor WIR, MIR and hold-point system to ensure activities
proceed only after required stage clearances.

- Conduct site walkthroughs, audits, and sample-based verification to assess
compliance with quality requirements.
- Review and validate quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation
maintained at site.
- Observe key tests, trial mixes, and inspections at defined stages to confirm
adherence to procedures.
- Identify gaps in execution and system implementation and ensure timely
corrective actions through site team.
- Raise and monitor NCRs; guide site team in root cause analysis and corrective
and preventive actions.
- Support site team in resolving issues by suggesting corrective measures, to be
validated through design/consultant where required.
- Ensure quality requirements are maintained without compromise during
progress of works.
- Provide support across projects during critical stages or team absence to
maintain consistency.
- Train and guide site teams to strengthen system understanding and ownership.
- Submit periodic reports on audits, observations, NCR status, and overall quality
performance.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Quality systems are effectively implemented and followed at site.
- Inspections, testing, and documentation are carried out by site team as per
defined processes.
- Gaps are identified early and addressed through system-driven actions.
- A consistent quality culture is established across project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6 to 7 Years of overall experience with at least 4 Years as QC/QA in residential
and / or high-rise projects.
- Exposure to structural and finishing works.
- Basic knowledge of QMS, inspection and testing procedures.
- Ability to read drawings and understand codes / standards.
- Good coordination, documentation and reporting skills.
