Description
The QA QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization to ensure that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality into project planning and execution.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7-14 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Experience with auditing and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
