Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA QC Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance and control, ensuring that our products meet the required specifications and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our manufacturing processes and products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports on quality issues and non-conformance.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality control processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Participate in quality audits and assist in the training of staff on quality control practices.
- Maintain inspection and testing equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in good working condition.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control inspection.
- Experience in Electrical construction.
- Gulf experience is must.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
