Description
We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and document non-conformance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform tests and quality checks on products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide feedback and corrective actions to improve quality processes.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and tools for quality inspection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
