Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manual Tester, based in Ongole with some flexibility for remote work. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality of software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely feedback to improve the user experience while maintaining documentation for testing processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in manual testing processes, test plan creation, and test case execution.
- Strong skills in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and defects using tracking tools.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, agile testing processes, and test planning.
- Ability to document test scripts, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings effectively.
- Knowledge of testing responsive web applications across various devices and browsers is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
