Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Head to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives at our head office in Gurgaon. In this full-time, on-site role, the successful candidate will manage and develop quality standards, conduct audits and inspections, ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements, and oversee quality reporting. The QA/QC Head will play a pivotal role in implementing continuous improvement strategies, mentoring the QA/QC team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and best practices in engineering and construction projects
• Strong skills in conducting audits, inspections, and preparing detailed quality reports
• Proficiency in compliance management with regulatory requirements and project specifications
• Capability in team leadership, mentoring, and staff development for QA/QC professionals
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Professional certifications in quality management or related fields are advantageous
• Proven track record in managing quality control within industrial or construction projects
