Role Overview:

A QA/QC professional is responsible for ensuring that products, services, or projects meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves both process-oriented (QA) and product-oriented (QC) activities, focusing on defect prevention and defect identification, respectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production or project execution.
  • Analyze data and document deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, suppliers, etc.) to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product or project quality.
  • Train team members on QA/QC processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a QA/QC role (manufacturing, construction, or relevant industry).
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
