About The Role
We are seeking for QC/QA Engineers( Piping ) with a background in Mechanical
Engineering and specialized experience in Piping .The ideal candidate will have a
strong grasp of Piping systems meet the required standards, codes, and specifications of Piping . Identify critical areas, highlighting high-priority work packages or activities.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Welding processes and Weld inspection, NDT inspection
- Managing documentation related to quality control procedures, test results, and compliance records.
- Piping Test Packages review, Line walkdown, preparing Punch list, witness of Hydrotest, closing of Piping documentation
Candidate requirements and Qualification
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Mechanical Engineering.
NDT level II Qualification in Basic NDE methods ( RT/UT/MPT/PT)
- 5-14 years of experience respectively as a Mechanical Engineer in Piping.
- Strong understanding of Piping and Structure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in piping and engineering, with a strong understanding of
ASNT standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Microsoft
PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable.
