Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality compliance across onshore rig move operations, heavy transport, lifting, mobilization, and site execution activities. The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001, client specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards, ensuring zero compromise on quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
  • Monitor rig move activities including load-out, lifting, heavy transport, rig-up & rig-down.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and manage NCRs with effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure all equipment, rigging, and lifting tools are certified and compliant.
  • Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on quality requirements.
  • Prepare quality reports, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial or related).
  • 58 years QA/QC experience in onshore rig move, heavy transport, or oil & gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, lifting & rigging inspections, and Aramco standards.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
