QA QC engineer - HDPE

Profile Overview:

TheQA/QC Engineer HDPE Pipelines is responsible for ensuring quality compliance in installation, welding, testing, and commissioning of HDPE pipeline systems. The role involves inspection, documentation, and adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.

Roles and Responsibility :

Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for HDPE pipeline installation works.

Conduct incoming material inspections (HDPE pipes, fittings, valves, etc.).

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).

Supervise and inspect butt fusion and electrofusion welding activities.

Verify welder qualifications and welding procedures.

Carry out visual inspection and dimensional checks of pipelines.

Witness and document pressure testing, hydro testing, and leak tests.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.

Coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals.

Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, project specs).

Support in final documentation, handover dossiers, and QA reports
