Job Description QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Engineer Civil who will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across construction. Activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting site teams in executing work as per project specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures at the site.
- Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
- Verify work as per IS codes, specifications, and method statements.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documents:
- Inspection reports
- Test reports
- Checklists
- Daily QA/QC logs
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality compliance.
- Review and ensure material testing (concrete, steel, aggregates, soil, etc.).
- Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
Eligibility
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 23+ years of experience in QA/QC (Civil)
- Experience in infrastructure / industrial / building projects preferred
