Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct inspection and quality control of all coating and painting activities on site.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Oversee and verify surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes.
Monitor and report on the quality of work, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform piping and fabrication inspections as required.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC, with a focus on coating and painting in the construction industry.
Strong experience with piping and fabrication work .
BGAS and NACE certifications are mandatory.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to coating and painting in construction projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
